100-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your Kneeloop. If you are not happy for any reason, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

1. Email us at tyron@ce-prime.com with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with all parts included. Please keep your tracking number.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Your legal rights

If you live in the EU, EEA, UK or Norway, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights, including the legal warranty for defective goods.
