These terms apply to your use of kneeloop.com and to every purchase you make from us. The store is operated by CE Prime LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Kneeloop", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Kneeloop Pro is a wellness device that provides heat, vibration and red light for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implant, or are unsure, talk to your doctor before use. Always follow the user guide.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, you are fully refunded.

3. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Warranty

Your product comes with the legal warranty that applies in your country. If it develops a fault from normal use, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse or by not following the user guide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Website content

All content on this site (text, images, logo) belongs to Kneeloop and may not be reused without permission.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
